Hi Nez - What an interesting observation. In our city, people talk about the “west side” and the “east side”. The west side is “advertised” as the most desirable area to live. We live on the “east side”.

I have been wondering about that for years. Doesn’t seem like much until you do the math and realize they are scamming about $142,000,000 with that little ploy. One more thing…..what the “and what not” mean?
